Function

E4G-400-AC is carrier-grade cell site aggregation router for mobile telecom networks. It aggregates traffic from multiple cellular radio base stations and forwards data to mobile core. Integrated high-precision timing ports provide SyncE and 1588v2 clock synchronization required for LTE/5G radio access network. Combo ports support automatic failover between copper and fiber links for link redundancy. Optional T1/E1 module supports legacy 2G/3G pseudowire service convergence. Redundant AC power design ensures stable continuous operation for telecom sites. Widely used for mobile operator cell site, edge telecom room, radio access aggregation deployment.

InstallationApply ESD protection. Mount router into standard 19-inch rack. Install AC power supply and connect mains power. Insert SFP transceivers or install optional 10G / T1E1 expansion modules. Access console port for initial router configuration, set timing profile, MPLS, pseudowire and QoS policy. Verify clock synchronization and routing session after power-up.
