Function

X590-24X-1Q-2C is 1U high density 10G aggregation switch for enterprise core and data center top of rack. 24 SFP+ ports connect 10G servers or access switches. Multi-rate QSFP+ and QSFP28 ports provide flexible high-speed uplink up to 100G. Ports can be configured as SummitStack-V400 stacking links to combine multiple switches into single logical device. It supports advanced QoS, large ACL table, jumbo frame, Fabric Attach, and comprehensive security control. Widely used for campus core, medium data center and high-performance LAN aggregation.

Installation

Mount the switch into standard 19-inch rack. Install PSU and fan tray, ensure consistent airflow direction. Connect power supply. Use console cable for initial CLI setup. Insert SFP+/QSFP+/QSFP28 transceivers and connect fiber or DAC cables. Configure SummitStack-V400 stacking parameters if stack cluster required. Verify port status and firmware consistency after boot.
