Net Safety SC311S-100-ASSY  Combustible Gas Sensor

Feature & Principle

It is an NDIR non-dispersive infrared combustible gas sensing assembly of Net Safety Millennium II series. It uses dual-beam infrared absorption principle. Hydrocarbon gas absorbs infrared light of specific wavelength, the circuit compares reference beam and measuring beam signals to calculate LEL concentration. Different from catalytic bead sensors, it will not be poisoned by silicone, lead and sulfur compounds. It supports field-selectable gas curves, long-distance wiring up to 600m, digital RS485 communication, pre-calibrated for quick plug-and-play installation with Millennium II transmitters.
