Products Description
Parker P9302AP Pneumatic Pressure Switch Unit

Module Feature
P9302AP belongs to Parker P series adjustable pneumatic pressure switch. It converts air pressure signal into electrical switch output signal. It features compact housing, adjustable pressure set point, SPDT electrical contact configuration. Designed for dry compressed air service. Suitable for pneumatic automation equipment, air compressor, pneumatic circuit monitoring, pressure interlock and alarm triggering applications.
Working principle
Air pressure acts on the internal diaphragm. When pressure reaches the preset setpoint, diaphragm displacement triggers the microswitch to change contact state. When pressure drops below reset threshold, the switch returns to original state. Hysteresis is built-in between actuation and reset pressure to avoid rapid contact chattering.
Onboard components
Pressure sensing diaphragm, micro switch assembly, adjustment screw, spring set, threaded pressure port, electrical terminal block, enclosure and seal package.
LED indicators
No onboard LED indicators. Switch status can be verified by electrical continuity test or external controller feedback.
Hardware self-diagnosis
Check pressure setpoint calibration, inspect diaphragm for fatigue damage, test contact continuity, check air port blockage and external air leakage.
Programming software
No configuration software, pressure setpoint adjusted mechanically by internal screw.
