Products Description
Schneider NW50H23PEDO6.0A Air Circuit‑Breaker Unit

Module Feature
NW50H23PEDO6.0A is Schneider MasterPact NW‑series draw‑out type low‑voltage air circuit breaker. Model decoding: NW50 = frame size 5000A; H2 = high short‑circuit breaking capacity; 3 = 3‑pole; PED = draw‑out chassis; O = without over‑voltage release; 6.0A = Micrologic 6.0A electronic protection trip unit. Rated current 5000A. Micrologic 6.0A provides LSIG multi‑function protection: long‑time overload, short‑time delay, instantaneous short‑circuit and ground‑fault protection. Draw‑out trolley structure supports working / test / isolated position switching, convenient for inspection, maintenance and spare‑part replacement. Widely applied for main incoming power supply, bus tie and large‑capacity load protection in industrial and commercial low‑voltage power distribution rooms.
Working principle
Under overload or short‑circuit fault condition, Micrologic 6.0A protection unit detects abnormal current value and sends tripping command. Operating mechanism drives main contacts to open, arc is quenched inside arc‑chamber to cut‑off fault circuit and protect downstream transformers, busbars and loads. Supports manual / electrical closing‑opening operation, with anti‑jump and mechanical interlock functions.
Onboard components
Arc‑chamber assembly, spring energy‑storage operating mechanism, draw‑out trolley chassis, main contact assembly, secondary control terminal block, mechanical ON/OFF / test‑position indicator, Micrologic 6.0A electronic protection unit, status LED panel, metal draw‑out housing.
LED indicators
Front‑panel LED indicators display power‑on, alarm, overload pre‑warning, fault‑trip information; Micrologic 6.0A screen shows measured current, protection parameters and fault records.
Hardware self‑diagnosis
Micrologic 6.0A performs self‑check for current‑sensor anomaly, internal hardware fault. Stores fault trip event records; measured value and diagnostic information can be read locally or via communication.
Programming software
Protection parameters can be set on Micrologic 6.0A local panel; use Schneider EcoStruxure Power software for remote parameter configuration, event‑log reading and communication management.
