Module Feature

TL8AAR64A3SFFFFXCX belongs to Schneider Masterpact NT08H series draw-out air circuit breaker, compared with fixed type TL3AAR64A3SFFFFXCX, this model adopts drawer extractable chassis structure.

It is rated 800A three-pole, equipped with Micrologic 6.0P protection controller, supports overload, short time delay, instantaneous short-circuit and earth fault protection. Built-in LCD display for real-time electrical parameter reading and fault record query, integrated Modbus communication interface for remote SCADA monitoring. Draw-out design allows live rack test, isolation and easy maintenance without full power cut of the cabinet. It can be fitted with motor charging mechanism, shunt release, undervoltage release and anti-condensation heater, widely used for important power incoming cabinet of chemical, mining and water treatment projects.

Working principle

When the load current exceeds the protection threshold, Micrologic 6.0P controller sends trip command to release mechanism.

The stored-energy spring mechanism drives main contacts to separate, arc chute extinguishes electric arc rapidly to cut off fault circuit. Drawer chassis has three positions: connected, test and isolated, which can realize visual electrical isolation for maintenance. Electrical closing, remote opening and status signal uploading can be realized through auxiliary circuit and communication bus.

LED indicators

Built-in supervision detects current sensor imbalance, trip unit power loss, communication interruption and internal electronic abnormality. Fault codes and historical event logs can be checked on local LCD or uploaded to EcoStruxure Power host.

Programming software

EcoStruxure Power Commission software, used for protection curve setting, fault log export, Modbus address configuration and breaker function debugging.

Installation

Install matched drawer base in switchgear compartment and complete reliable grounding.

Push breaker to connected position after wiring inspection, set protection coordination parameters before power-on commissioning, verify test and isolation position interlock function.

Diagnostic
