Module Feature

3VF7111-1BK67-0AB1 belongs to Siemens 3VF molded case circuit breaker family. It is equipped with electronic LSI trip unit, supports adjustable long-time overload, short-time delay and instantaneous short-circuit protection. 3-pole design, compatible with optional accessories including auxiliary contact, alarm contact, shunt trip and undervoltage release. Working principle

Current transformers detect three-phase load current and transmit signal to electronic trip unit. The internal microprocessor compares measured current with preset protection curves. Overload triggers inverse time delay trip; short-time fault triggers adjustable delayed trip; heavy short-circuit triggers instantaneous trip. Auxiliary contacts provide breaker status feedback to PLC and SCADA.

Onboard components

Current transformer set, electronic trip unit, main contact assembly, arc quenching chamber, energy storage operating mechanism, operation handle and reinforced insulated housing.

LED indicators

Front status markers show ON, OFF and fault trip position.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Installation

Cut off upstream power supply before replacement. Secure breaker to busbar support, tighten connection bolts, wire auxiliary and trip accessories if fitted, set protection parameters, test close, open and trip action after commissioning.

Diagnostic
