Module Feature

016710-0B0-05-001001001 is a smart pressure transmitter for industrial process pressure measurement.

It adopts piezoresistive sensing element to convert process pressure signal into standard 4-20mA analog signal and HART digital signal. The wetted material is stainless steel for good corrosion resistance to non-strong corrosive medium. Local LCD screen supports on-site parameter viewing and calibration. Working principle

Process pressure acts on the sensing diaphragm, and the internal Wheatstone bridge converts tiny deformation into millivolt signal.

Electronics circuit amplifies, filters and compensates temperature drift, then converts signal into linear 4-20mA output. HART digital channel uploads pressure value, sensor temperature, diagnostic codes and tag information to DCS or handheld communicator. Built-in damping algorithm suppresses fluctuation caused by medium turbulence.

Onboard components

Piezoresistive sensor core, signal processing circuit, HART communication chip, local LCD display, pressure diaphragm, sealing assembly, wiring terminal block and aluminum alloy housing.

LED indicators

Local LCD screen displays pressure value and diagnostic information. Status LED indicates power and alarm condition.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Built-in supervision detects sensor fault, overrange condition and loop fault. Configuration and calibration are completed by HART communicator or PDM software.

Programming software

Installation

Cut off loop power before replacement.

Install transmitter at proper tapping position, complete two-wire 4-20mA HART wiring, perform zero and full calibration, test pressure response and HART communication after commissioning.

Interface

Two-wire HART/4-20mA loop terminals, thread or flange process connection.

Diagnostic

Overrange alarm: Actual pressure exceeds configured upper limit. No valid signal: Sensor diaphragm damaged, power supply abnormal. HART offline: Loop resistance not matched, wiring polarity reversed.
