Product Brief:
1336‑B005‑EAD‑FA2‑S1 is factory‑optioned NEMA‑1 IP20 enclosed 5‑HP 460V 1336‑PLUS full drive unit, not separate PCB boards. Derived from base model 1336‑B005‑EAD with factory fitted FA2 local HIM and S1 SCANport serial communication board.
FA2 HIM enables local front‑door manual operation and basic parameter access without external HIM hardware.
S1 board provides RS‑485 SCANport communication interface for connection to Allen‑Bradley PLC or host controller. It implements remote control, speed setting, parameter access and fault uploading for centralized automation system. On‑site debugging can be completed directly via FA2 keypad without external HIM.
Internal hardware includes rectifier power stack, IGBT inverter section, main control CPU board, auxiliary power supply and signal sampling‑conditioning circuits. Retains onboard base analog/digital hard‑wired I/O terminals for hard‑wired control.
Full protections: over‑current, over‑voltage, under‑voltage, over‑temperature, input phase‑loss, motor thermal overload, ground‑fault protection. When performing full‑unit replacement, backup original parameters, check firmware compatibility and run motor auto‑tuning. ESD protection required for installation and commissioning. Use shielded cables for communication wiring, separate power and signal cables.
Commonly used for overhaul of legacy fans, pumps, conveyors and workshop process machinery requiring both local keypad operation and PLC network remote control.
