When some slots of System2010 rack are not equipped with functional I/O modules, install 2BM100.9 dummy module to block vacant openings. It can keep original cabinet air‑flow path, avoid cooling air short‑circuit, and ensure normal heat dissipation of adjacent working modules. Meanwhile it maintains rack electromagnetic shielding effect, prevents dust and metal debris from falling into backplane connector and avoids short‑circuit risk.

This dummy module is purely mechanical filler without circuit and communication function, plug‑and‑play without software configuration, widely used for cabinet reconstruction and spare‑slot processing of old‑generation System2010 automation equipment.
