Module Feature

CDR6-A1505-T0-V1-C32 is a compact high-performance servo amplifier of CDR series. It supports position, speed and torque three control modes, compatible with incremental encoder feedback. It accepts pulse/direction command and serial fieldbus command. Built-in electronic gear function, auto motor identification and rich digital/analog I/O for logic interlock. Integrated protection includes overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, encoder fault and heatsink overtemperature. Widely stocked as spare for packaging machine, textile machinery, robotic transfer and automated assembly lines.

Working principle

Three-phase or single-phase input power is rectified to DC bus, IGBT inverter outputs adjustable frequency and voltage PWM drive signal to servo motor. Position loop, speed loop and current loop are closed in real time by internal MCU. Encoder feedback signal is used to calculate actual rotor position and speed for high-precision closed-loop adjustment. Fault detection circuit monitors operating status and triggers safe stop once abnormal condition occurs. Operation data and fault history can be read by configuration software.

Onboard components

Rectifier circuit, IGBT power stage, current sampling circuit, encoder signal transceiver, main control MCU, EEPROM parameter memory, cooling fan, status indicator and metal plastic composite housing.

LED indicators

Front LEDs indicate power, ready, servo enable, alarm and fault status.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Drive monitors DC bus voltage, output current, encoder signal, internal temperature and I/O status. Motor parameters, electronic gear ratio and control mode can be set locally or via software.

Programming software

CDR servo configuration tool, used for parameter editing, motor auto-tune, fault log reading and motion test.

Installation

Cut off power supply before replacement. Wire power, servo motor, encoder and control signal terminals, run motor auto-identification, test positioning, speed regulation and fault protection function after commissioning.

Diagnostic
