Lenze E94ASHE0034 9400 HighLine Servo Drive Unit

Module Feature

E94ASHE0034 is Lenze 9400 HighLine series single-axis servo drive. HighLine version supports advanced motion function blocks and freely programmable runtime application.

It provides 2.5A continuous output current, 150% overload capacity for 60s. It accepts incremental encoder, resolver and absolute encoder feedback. It has built-in braking chopper interface, digital and analog I/O terminals, and expansion slot for communication module. Widely used for packaging machine, printing equipment, winding machine and gantry handling axis.

Working principle

Three-phase AC power is rectified to DC bus, then IGBT power stage outputs variable frequency and variable voltage to drive synchronous servo motor.

The feedback signal from encoder is collected by control board to form closed-loop position, speed and torque control. Internal protection circuit monitors current, voltage and temperature. Running data and fault information can be uploaded to PLC via fieldbus.

Onboard components

Rectifier module, IGBT power board, main control CPU board, current sampling circuit, cooling fan, encoder evaluation circuit, terminal block, communication expansion slot.

LED indicators

Front LEDs indicate power ready, drive enable, running status, fault alarm and bus communication status.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Self-check covers bus voltage abnormality, overcurrent, over-temperature, encoder signal loss, fan fault and communication module loss. Fault codes can be checked via keypad or Lenze Engineer software.

Programming software

Lenze Engineer software for motor auto-tune, motion cam curve setup, I/O configuration and firmware upgrade.

Installation

Install drive in well-ventilated cabinet and reserve vertical clearance for heat dissipation. Separate power cable and encoder feedback shield cable.

Complete motor identification and auto-tune before commissioning. Set motion profile and safety limit parameters. Clean radiator dust periodically.

Diagnostic

Overcurrent fault: Motor short circuit, wiring error or mechanical jam.
