Products Description
Pacific Scientific 33700002 Aircraft Fire Suppression Bottle Unit

Module Feature
33700002 is an aerospace coded fire suppression bottle manufactured by Pacific Scientific, interchange part number 10-3275-32.
It is installed on Boeing 737 series aircraft for engine or APU fire zone extinguishing. The cylinder is made of stainless steel, pre-charged with fire suppression agent. Equipped with electric squib initiator, pressure monitoring port and discharge outlet. Activation is triggered by 18–36 VDC fire signal from aircraft fire control panel. It has fixed 10-year service life, periodic pressure inspection required. ITAR controlled item, widely stocked as aircraft MRO spare.
Working principle
When aircraft fire control system sends firing command, DC power energizes the squib cartridge.
Squib generates burst pressure to rupture the internal seal, releasing the suppression agent through discharge port into protected fire compartment. Pressure indicator monitors internal charge status continuously; pressure decay indicates leakage. Once discharged, the bottle cannot be reused and requires refill or replacement.
Onboard components
Stainless steel pressure vessel, electric squib initiator assembly, burst disc, pressure indicator gauge, discharge outlet fitting, mounting lugs and protective caps.
LED indicators
No built-in LED; status is judged by pressure gauge and aircraft fire control fault indication.
Hardware self‑diagnosis
Aircraft fire control circuit monitors squib continuity. Pressure inspection is performed by visual gauge check and periodic hydrostatic test.Programming software
Not applicable, fire squib hardwired actuation assembly.
