KRC2 is the second‑generation cabinet‑type robot controller developed by KUKA,including standard version and upgraded KRC2‑ED05 edition. It adopts open industrial PC hardware plus real‑time motion control board solution,running Windows system with KSS real‑time kernel to ensure stable robot motion control performance. The whole cabinet is composed of KPC host,power supply unit,MFC motion control board,DSE‑IBS safety logic board and KSD servo drive modules. Cooperate with KCP2 teach pendant to finish robot manual jogging,KRL program editing,parameter configuration,signal debugging and system fault diagnosis. It supports multiple mainstream industrial fieldbus protocols,easy to realize data interconnection with external PLC and peripheral automation equipment.
