Product Brief:

KSD1‑64 is BG2 size high‑power single‑axis servo drive amplifier of KUKA KSD1 drive family, compatible with KRC2 and KRC2‑ED05 robot control cabinet. It is specially designed for heavy‑load robot main joint axes or high‑torque external axes which require large instantaneous torque output. This module obtains high‑voltage DC bus power from cabinet KPS600 power unit, converts DC bus into three‑phase AC power to drive heavy‑duty robot servo motor. It adopts field‑oriented vector control algorithm with high‑frequency PWM modulation, delivers stable heavy‑torque output and realizes high‑precision speed‑position closed‑loop control. Interbus IN/OUT ports support cascaded connection inside cabinet drive bus, receiving real‑time motion commands from MFC motion control board. Multiple built‑in hardware protection functions effectively prevent hardware damage caused by short‑circuit, over‑current and overheating. It adopts plug‑in installation on cabinet mounting plate, supporting quick disassembly and on‑site maintenance. This is discontinued legacy spare component, used for fault replacement of heavy‑load axis drive modules on existing KRC2 robot systems. Please verify part number, hardware revision and motor parameter matching condition before purchasing. ESD anti‑static protection must be strictly followed during installation and replacement operations.
