KSD1‑16 and KSD1‑32 are BG1 size single‑axis servo drive amplifiers of KUKA KSD1 drive family,compatible with KRC2 and KRC2‑ED05 robot control cabinet. KSD1‑16 is for medium‑power main joint axes,while KSD1‑32 is designed for high‑power heavy‑load robot axes or high‑torque external axes. Both modules obtain high‑voltage DC bus power from cabinet KPS600 power unit and convert into three‑phase AC power to drive robot servo motor. They adopt field‑oriented vector control algorithm to realize stable high‑torque output and high‑precision speed‑position closed‑loop control. Interbus IN/OUT ports support cascaded connection inside cabinet drive bus,receiving real‑time motion commands from MFC motion control board. Multiple built‑in hardware protection functions effectively prevent hardware damage caused by short‑circuit,over‑current and overheating. Plug‑in installation on cabinet mounting plate supports quick disassembly and on‑site maintenance.
