Product Brief:

KSD1‑16 is BG1 size single‑axis servo drive amplifier of KUKA KSD1 drive family, compatible with KRC2 and KRC2‑ED05 robot control cabinet. It is mainly used for driving robot main joint axes, such as axis 1,axis 2,axis 3,or medium‑power external axes. This module draws high‑voltage DC bus power from cabinet KPS600 power unit, and converts DC bus into three‑phase AC power to drive robot servo motor. It adopts field‑oriented vector control algorithm to realize stable high‑torque output and high‑precision speed‑position closed‑loop control. Interbus IN/OUT ports support cascaded connection inside cabinet drive bus, receiving real‑time motion commands from MFC motion control board. Multiple built‑in hardware protection functions effectively prevent hardware damage caused by short‑circuit, over‑current and overheating. It adopts plug‑in installation on cabinet mounting plate, enabling quick disassembly and on‑site maintenance. This is legacy EOL discontinued spare component, applied for fault replacement of axis drive modules on existing KRC2 robot systems. Please verify part number, hardware revision and motor parameter matching before purchase. ESD anti‑static protection must be implemented during installation and replacement operations.
